From the sunshine of Los Angeles to the vibrant kitchens of Atlanta, Damon A. Johnson Sr.’s journey in hospitality reads like a best-selling novel. He began his career behind the bar in Atlanta’s fast-paced restaurants and lounges, his passion bubbling like a perfectly simmered sauce. With every cocktail shaken and every table served, he mastered the art of making every guest feel like a VIP. His drive, as bold as a fine aged whiskey, carried him from bartender to General Manager and eventually Director of Operations, where he orchestrated menus, budgets, and the rhythm of satisfied diners.
Yet Damon’s dream was never just to serve; it was to create. He envisioned something greater, something that reflected his flair for flavor and his love for people.
